Privacy & Terms
GAFFEE Pty Ltd (ABN 43 678 420 730) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details solely to process orders and manage subscriptions, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We never sell or trade your data. Information is shared only with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping partners) as needed to fulfil your order. All payment data is handled via PCI-compliant gateways — we do not store card details. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@gaffee.com.au. Complaints may be lodged with the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
By ordering or subscribing you agree to these terms. GAFFEE is an independent discovery service — we purchase whole beans from Australian roasters and repackage them into 50g sample packs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any featured roaster; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Our curations rotate monthly and specific roasters or beans are not guaranteed. If a roaster leaves our lineup, we substitute with a comparable alternative. GAFFEE's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, GAFFEE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Subscriptions, Refunds & Returns
All subscription plans involve recurring monthly charges from your initial purchase date, with an email receipt each cycle. You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing hello@gaffee.com.au — no lock-in contracts, exit fees, or cancellation fees apply. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. GAFFEE reserves the right to adjust pricing with 14 days written notice.
Coffee beans are perishable goods under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). All sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders. This does not affect your rights under the ACL where goods are faulty, defective, or significantly not as described. If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours at hello@gaffee.com.au with your order number and photos — we will assess each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as required under the ACL.
Product & Food Safety
All beans are handled and repackaged in accordance with Australian food safety standards. Once dispatched, GAFFEE cannot be responsible for storage conditions, temperature exposure, or third-party carrier handling. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our packing facility processes products from multiple roasters — allergen cross-contact cannot be entirely excluded. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific allergy concerns.
Monthly curations are subject to change without notice based on seasonal availability and roaster supply. Product imagery, tasting notes, and flavour profiles are provided as a guide only. GAFFEE does not guarantee any specific taste outcome or brewing result.
